Webinar – Enhancement of Canadian Data on the Abuse of Older Persons: An Exploratory Study

Thursday December 15, 2022, Marie Beaulieu and Kevin St-Martin shared the main results of exploratory study Enhancement of Canadian Data on the Abuse of Older Persons. This webinar organized by the Policy Centre for Victim Issues (PCVI) and Research and Statistics Division (RSD) at Justice Canada was the occasion of exchanging about the conceptual challenges related to mistreatment and the issues related to the quality of data as well as putting to the forefront propositions for the adoption of a pragmatic Canadian approach to enhance data collection.
