Visit of the Minister Responsible for Seniors

On January 25, 2024, the Research Chair on Mistreatment of Older Adults had the honor of receiving the visit of the Minister Responsible for Seniors and Minister for Health, Mrs. Sonia Bélanger.

Mrs. Bélanger’s visit was the occasion to exchange on crucial issues linked to mistreatment of older adults and to discuss about the innovative initiatives deployed by the Chair and its members to advance research on the subject. We are particularly proud to see the clear interest of the Minister for our work and by the quality of the exchange that happened during this meeting.

We want to warmly thank the Minister Bélanger for her enlightening visit.
