Mélanie Couture is a co-researcher for a research project subsidized by the CIHR (Canadian Institutes of Health Research)

A new project by Nathalie Bier, Kévin Bouchard and Charles Gouin-Vallerand in which the Chair is involved was subsidized for more than a million dollars by the CIHR . THis project is part of the Chair’s programmation as part of the use of home care technology. The project entitled: “Telemonitoring of activities of daily living in home care services of older adults with cognitive deficits: A large-scale action design research study” aims to better identify the need of older adults with cognitive deficits receving home care thanks to the telemonitoring of their activities of daily living. One of the project’s objectives is to identify the concerns of the differents actors involved in the use of this technology.
