On November 21, 2023, Mélanie Couture, Chairholder of the Research Chair on Mistreatment of Older Adults, was invited on the show été On va se le dire, hosted by Sébastien Diaz, airing on Radio-Canada. She talked about the increase of reporting of mistreatment situations, has elaborated on what is mistreatment and presented The Mistreatment Helpline.
