RESERCH PROBLEM :

The use of the In Hand practice guideline is embedded within psychosocial practice. The clinical tool is not neutral and is closely linked to the context ot practice. It is therefore important to describe psychosocial practice in situations of mistreatment of older adults, in order to better grasp the issues that can be encountered in such interventions. Professionals are using clinical tools in their practice. These intervention tools provide guidance for practice and establish guidelines to professionals and managers. In addition to the clinical tools, training programs on mistreatment allow professionals to provide a framework for their practice or to propose intervention strategies.
