To transfer knowledge on mistreatment of older adults to the largest number of people as possible, the Chair announces the launch of it's new Facebook page. There you will find the different activities of the Chair as well as news.

On November 21, 2023, Mélanie Couture, Chairholder of the Research Chair on Mistreatment of Older Adults, was invited on the show été On va se le dire, hosted by Sébastien Diaz, airing on Radio-Canada.

Mélanie Couture, Chairholder was interviewed by Camille Chai for February 10, 2024 show entitled Ça me regarde - Ami télé.

On April 11, Mélanie Couture, Chairholder of the Research Chair on Mistreatment of Older Adults, participated to a panel of experts discussing the issues and challenges of mistreatment of older adults shown in the movie L’automne où le bonheur sombra (The Autumn where happiness fell),

After the holidays, Marie Beaulieu resumes her weekly radio broadcasts entitled Pas d’âge pour vieillir for the program Par ici l’info with host Renée Dumais-Beaudoin on Tuesdays at 6 :40 am.

Throughout December 2020 and January 2021, Marie Beaulieu participated in radio programs and webinars, all having in common issues of aging. Some of them also enabled participants to delve into the specific issues facing older persons during the pandemic.

Since September 2020, Marie Beaulieu has presented 39 Tuesday morning segments on Radio Canada Première.  Her series is entitled ‘Pas d’âge pour vieillir!’

Throughout December 2019 and January 2020, Marie Beaulieu participates in several radio and television programs to promote new research projects led by the Chair. The following links allow you to consult any of them free-of-charge.

On February 7, 2020, Marie Beaulieu and Lucie Caroline Bergeron, psychosocial intervenor with DIRA-Estrie, are guests on Radio-Canada’s legal affairs program hosted by Marie-France Martel. They address the parameters to take into account during an intervention intended to put a stop to a situation of financial or material mistreatment.

In acknowledgment of National Anti-Bullying Day, CNPEA Coordinator Bénédicte Schoepflin interviewed Marie Beaulieu on the subject of the bullying of older adults.
