The GIFT in residence program (Goodwill against Intolerance For Togetherness) is intended for managers and staff members of private seniors residences (PSR) and aims to provide tools and activities to promote goodwill in PSRs and to fight against intolerance between residents.
The University Institute of Frontline in Healthcare and Social Services (free translation of Institut universitaire de première ligne en santé et services sociaux), in collaboration with Marie Beaulieu and the Government agency that helps increase the social participation of people with disabilities in Québec (free translation of Office des Personnes Handicapées du Québec), started the creation of a podcast summarizing the highlights of the research on psychological and material and financial mistreatment of people with disabilities directed by Marie Beaulieu and Hélène Carbonneau of the University of Québec in Trois-Rivières.
