Marie Beaulieu participates in the 23rd Journées annuelles de santé publique (JASP) du Québec (Annual Quebec Public Health Forum) (November 2019)

On November 27, Marie Beaulieu will present a scientific conference on the social isolation of older persons of gender and sexual diversity as part of the theme ‘Understanding Gender and Sexual Diversity to Better Intervene’.

Developed in line with three contexts of intervention: the field of education, regional services and an aging population, these scientific presentations and the exchanges that follow are an opportunity to create: “a place of reflection and mobilization concerning the (health issues experienced by the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or intersex communities and the implications for public health interventions), to improve the adequacy of actual services and programs.”
