These newcomers are a doctoral student in gerontology, Omar Ameris, three graduate students in Social Work (Audrey Allard, Jessica Calvé and Samuèle Rémillard B.) and an undergraduate student (Nathalie Paquette) in Social Work from the University of Sherbrooke.

With his wealth of experience in the Senior Abuse Line and in a Crime Victims Assistance Centre (CAVAC) in Montreal, Omar Ameris is joining the project on the police intervention with mistreated seniors. His PhD will enable the Chair to document this intervention from the seniors' perspective. Audrey Allard will translate the important interviews and is currently working on the revision of chapters that will become a book on aging. Jessica Calvé is working on the implementation of the Chair's scientific reference bank for the Endnote program. Nathalie Paquette is working on the production of reading notes of scientific articles produced by Quebec authors. Finally, Samuèle Rémillard B. is doing the editing of important interviews that will be soon online.
